By using Nuanso, you agree to the terms below.
1. License
gisclace grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nuanso on your devices, in accordance with Apple App Store rules.
2. Free version and Nuanso Pro
Nuanso is free with limits (up to 3 projects, RAL system). “Nuanso Pro” is a one-time, non-consumable purchase without subscription that unlocks unlimited projects and all color systems. Purchases are handled by the App Store; Apple’s refund terms apply.
3. Color accuracy
The colors, measurements and matches provided by Nuanso are indicative. They depend on the device, screen, lighting and surface, and do not replace validation with a physical swatch book. gisclace does not guarantee their accuracy for critical use.
4. Trademarks
RAL®, NCS®, Pantone®, Farrow & Ball®, BS 381C and AS 2700 are trademarks of their respective owners. Nuanso is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these owners. References are provided as an identification aid.
5. Liability
Nuanso is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, gisclace is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app or decisions made based on the colors displayed.
