Privacy Policy

Nuanso is a color analysis and management app. It works offline and is designed to collect no personal data.

1. Data we do not collect

Nuanso has no accounts, does not identify you, and sends none of your data to any server. Your projects, saved colors, swatch books and preferences are stored only on your device.

2. Camera

Nuanso uses the camera locally, on your phone, to analyze surface colors. Images are never transmitted, stored on a server, or shared.

3. In-app purchases

The “Nuanso Pro” purchase is handled by Apple’s App Store. To manage your purchase (unlock and restore), we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and Apple-provided receipt data. This is used solely to validate and restore your purchase; it does not identify you and is not used for advertising. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s.

4. Sharing content

When you export or share a project (PDF, color file), sharing happens at your initiative via your device’s features. We do not receive this content.

5. Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. Nuanso shows no ads and contains no advertising trackers.

6. Children

Nuanso is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data about them.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As we collect no personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. You can remove all local data by uninstalling the app, or via the reset option inside the app.
